a dog with no name…

{King Charles Cavalier Spaniel portrait – mixed media}

Whew, a long name for a smallish dog.  Does this dog belong to you?  He or she is looking for a home.  This portrait, 5″ x 5 3/4″, is a mixed media piece.  I used india ink, watercolour, and pencil crayon.   I would like to name her, or him, but am fearful that I might become too attached.  I have attempted to reproduce the image to reflect the artwork accurately, but please note that the background is a lighter shade of turquoise than is being portrayed.  There I go again with my turquoise…

    Oh, I wish I knew someone with a KCCS (You're right, that's a ridiculously long name). So adorable – I hope he/she finds a good home.
    There's no such thing as too much turquoise!

    I think that I shall think of him as Alfie. Hope he finds a home soon.
