{Eli’s Portrait in Pencil} I thought a portrait in pencil would be the perfect medium for Eli. He looks fierce. Yet, there is a softness that comes when working with graphite. That’s what our Eli was all about. With us, he was fierce, strong willed, confident. Around others, he was very cautious and shy. I think he would be pleased with this portrayal of him. Today I would like to share a simple recipe for foaming hand soap. You will need the following: 3/4 cup (190ml) Distilled Water 1/4 cup ( 50ml) Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Soap 1 tsp ( 5ml) Glycerin 20 drops Essential Oil One empty Foaming Soap Dispenser Measure water in a glass measuring cup. Slowly add the 1/4 cup of castile soap. I recommend that you add the soap to the water rather than adding the water to the soap in order to prevent excessive bubbles. Stir in the glycerin, and the essential oil of your choice. I have chosen peppermint!
